Amy Bailey, is our Client Relations Manager. She engages with all of our clients throughout the buying and selling process to ensure that each transaction is as seamless as possible.

Her favorite part of her job is working with sellers to ready their homes for the market. Whether it is simple decluttering or larger-scale projects, she makes sure that homeowners are equipped with all the recommendations needed to get top dollar for their homes.

Amy has been a licensed real estate agent since 2003 and has worked with the team since 2009. She has worked through all the highs and lows of the Atlanta market and uses that experience to help our clients position themselves for success.

Amy is a native of Atlanta and has lived all over the city! She prides herself on knowing the ins and outs of metro Atlanta and helping buyers find their perfect community.

When not working, you can find her camping with her husband in north Georgia and western North Carolina, traveling, concert-going, and raising her three teenagers, dog, and cat.

What Our Clients Say

Amy Bailey and Ben McKenzie were both super knowledgeable, attentive, and responsive. The entire Atlanta Turtle Group did their best to guide my family and me through a very stressful situation, buying a new home while selling our old one under contingency.

What Our Clients Say

Ben McKenzie is knowledgeable, responsive, friendly, and helpful with the process from A to Z. He knows Atlanta street by street. He asked all the right questions and had a keen eye as we toured homes and navigated the inspection or due diligence. Amy Bailey was also extremely helpful with the escrow and closing phases. I highly recommend Ben, Amy, and everyone at the Turtle Group.
