Beth Ann Clanin is a Real Estate Expert with 23 years of experience, having closed over 265 million in real estate transactions. As a REALTOR® and one of the top producers in the Metro Atlanta Area, Beth Ann has been honored with many awards,  including a place as a Multi-Million Dollar Club Member.

Before starting her career in Real Estate, Beth Ann refined her negotiation skills as a kindergarten teacher. After all, most would agree, 5-year-olds can be just as tough to negotiate, if not tougher, than any buyer or seller.

She is known as a local real estate expert and explorer, always abreast of the newest developments and trends of the city. A Win-win Situation For Everyone!

Beth Ann’s success stems not only from her expertise and interpersonal skills, but also from her belief that a successful closing is one where both buyers and sellers feel fulfilled. She exhibits a fierce loyalty to her clients, always aware of the needs and desires of each and every client.

Home for Beth Ann is where her husband Jimmy and her daughter Lyla reside. Currently living in Decatur, the family enjoys spending time out and about with neighbors and friends.

When not showing homes or writing up contracts, you can find Beth Ann exploring the newest brewery, traveling to new places with her family or playing pickleball with friends.

She is also a proud advocate and volunteer for FurKids Atlanta and donates a percentage of each closing to this Atlanta-based organization. Here you see her best friend and rescue dog, Lucy! Many of you have been greeted by Lucy at client events!
