Meet Chuck Smith

Principal and Real Estate Specialist Chuck Smith acts as the Managing Partner, leveraging his business skills, engineering background, and many years of real estate experience to move successfully through any challenges that arise. Chuck ensures that each transaction is conducted in a professional manner and keeps his eye on the ever-changing real estate market, navigating the group and the individual transactions through the sometimes turbulent waters of real estate.

Chuck is a Georgia Tech grad and started his professional career as an IT consultant, designing and installing automated financial systems in the healthcare industry. After adopting two children (one from Peru, one from Kazakhstan), in 1996 he turned to real estate so that he could work closer to home and spend more time with his kids.

Chuck is a long-time resident of Sagamore Hills. In fact, his daughter was in the very first Pre-K class at Sagamore Hills Elementary. Chuck has been successfully helping his clients buy and sell real estate in the area since 1996. An avid animal lover, he has two horses, 5 alpacas, and 3 dogs.

Always in search of the meaning of life, Chuck is an avid student of many of the esoteric spiritual teachings of the indigenous people of this world, including the Andean Cosmology of how life works, the Mayan Medicine Wheels, and Native American spirituality. The meaning of the indigenous prophecies of the Mayan, the Hopi, and the Q’ero of Peru capture a lot of his time and attention during these challenging times. He travels back and forth to Peru during the year, where he has a home nestled within a spiritual retreat center in the Sacred Valley.
