Meet Jayson Janowski

Atlanta native Jayson Janowski utilizes his lifelong exposure to the many facets of real estate to ensure every transaction runs seamlessly and that no detail ever falls through the cracks. The son of a real estate broker, Jayson’s passion for the business began early—tagging along with his mother to open houses and watching firsthand how meaningful relationships and hard work build success in real estate.

Inspired by her example, Jayson went on to earn a degree in Real Estate from the University of Georgia, making him one of the few REALTORS® with a formal academic background in the field. Over the years, he has done it all—flipping homes, owning rental properties, and personally building and renovating residences—which gives him a unique, hands-on understanding of the industry from every angle.

Jayson and his wife Priscilla have made their home in the Oak Grove community, where they rebuilt their family’s house and are deeply involved in the neighborhood. Their three children—Austin (Marist School), Owen (Intown Community School), and Isabel (Oak Grove Elementary)—keep them active in the local school and sports scenes. Priscilla contributes to the community through her role in the neighborhood civic association and her work in sales marketing at Microsoft. Together, the family is active members of Oak Grove United Methodist Church, where they’ve found a supportive “village” through church, school, and local activities.

Jayson is known for his loyalty, honesty, and unmatched availability—his clients know they can reach him day or night, and he prides himself on never letting a call go unreturned for more than ten minutes. His goal is simple: to do the right thing, treat people right, and make every transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible.

When he’s not working with clients, Jayson enjoys watching and playing sports and participating in various leagues around town. Above all, he’s grateful for the relationships he’s built through real estate, family, church, and community—each one an important part of the life he and his family have built in Atlanta.
